You can telephone our customer care number (1-604-807-2564) or email us for further assistance, and let us know you are a DressageClinic.com member with your first and last name and explain your issue.
Our Customer Care Team will respond to your email within 24 hours or at the most 2 days. If you don't hear from us within 2 days please contact us again as your email might not have come through. We also have a telephone help line for members.  Please call 1-604-807-2564. Our Customer Care Team is available U.S. East Coast Time from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm. After hours calls, please leave your message with your name and telephone number and explain your issue and we will call you back the next working day or respond by email.

Would you like to cancel your membership? Let us know by sending us an email with the name on the credit card used for sign up, the email address used when you signed up and your Username and Password.
